Our Mission
At Cornerstone Ballet we believe in building a strong dancer from the inside out. Our mission is to provide our students with a professional quality dance education in a safe, encouraging and uplifting manner. We strive to not only build a sound dancer but to also create a program that fosters the development of self esteem, positive body image, responsibility, work ethic, modesty, and love for others as well as the art of classical ballet.
We believe that combining classical Russian ballet training with compassion and encouragement develops dancers who are strong physically, mentally and emotionally. We want our dance studio to feel like a second home to our students where they know they will always be greeted with love by the staff and other dancers.

Classical Ballet
Classes for Ages 2+
At Cornerstone, we specialize in classical ballet training. Even our youngest dancers are taught using proper terminology and technique based off of the Vaganova (Russian) method.

Performance
Every dancer is eligible to perform at the recital. Recital dates and location will be announced in January. Dancers ages 5 and up are eligible for our Performance Group.

Nurture
We strive to not only provide dancers with strong training but also to support them with encouragement in a safe and healthy environment.
Cornerstone Ballet in Simpsonville, SC offers age-appropriate dance classes for preschool, elementary, middle school, and high school students. We provide classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced (pre professional) dancers for ages 2 through 18 years old. We offer daytime and evening classes to accommodate both homeschool families and working parents. Private lessons for ballet technique, pointe work, variations, and strength and flexibility are available by request. Every dancer is eligible for our recital performance in the spring. Our Downtown Main Street location is easily accessible from I-385, Hwy 14, Fairview Rd, and the Five Forks area.
